Let`s begin by acknowledging that there`s an important day coming up and that we understand this might make you nervous. It`s normal to have “the jitters”, you just need to grab them by the horns and dominate them.

Review everything that you just went through, and decide what went well and what needs improvement. When you are working hard, it’s very important to take a brain break. This will help your body to move, improve your concentration, and be able to produce better things. Remember that the ability to relate to others by showing acceptance and compassion are very important tools to take into account when thinking about your outcomes.
